Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Toronto - Markham By Ihg, Richmond Hill

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while reserved for our basketball tournament, were perfect for the group and we enjoyed using the patio outside. However, cleanliness was lacking. The service was responsive, but we experienced a slight delay while one staff member attended another call. The location offered a good balance of price and convenience, close to Asian foods and markets, but the room temperature was a bit chilly on one day. The dining experience was good overall, with fantastic options delivered to our room. Although the price was high for some services, the continued online access attempts were a bit frustrating.

The hotel provided a cozy stay with rooms that were just right based on the online pictures, although some noise from adjoining rooms was a drawback. The service by the employees was excellent and very welcoming. The location offered a good balance of convenience and price, close to Asian foods & markets, and easily accessible from the highway. The dining experience was decent but with some minor disappointments. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay with a few hiccups.
